When are the apartments ready for arrival?
The booked apartment will be available for you from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. We ask that you vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Do we have to bring bed linen?
The beds are made and towels are available for your use in the bathroom. If desired and for a small fee we will be happy to change these once a week.

Do you have cots and high chairs?
We will be happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair in the apartment – by arrangement.

Are dogs permitted?
Well-trained dogs are – by arrangement – very welcome here.

What fittings do the kitchens have?
Our modern, open eat-in kitchens each have a dishwasher and are fully-equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses, cookware, cooking utensils, kettle, electric juicer and coffee machine. In the large apartments, a Nespresso machine is also available (without capsules).

Where can we park our car?
We have plenty of free parking spaces available for you. If desired, we will be happy to reserve a garage space for you opposite the guesthouse for an extra charge.

How can we pay our bill?
We ask that our guests pay their bill the night before departure, and in cash if possible. For non-cash payments, we accept Maestro or V-Pay, but please be advised that we charge a 3% surcharge for debit card payments.
